Ham and Eggs Pan Scramble
- 2-3 large Eggs crambled
- 1-2 tbsp water, add to raw eggs
- 1/2 cup Shredded ham slices
- 1/3 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup Slice bell peppers
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
pre-heat cast iron pan on medium heat while prepping ingredients
add oil, ham, and onions until onion is lightly cooked. Add bell peppers If you prefer them well cooked
Add eggs, top with shredded cheese and all remaining ingredients
Set burner to medium-low and cover for 7 minutes
remove cover, continue to cook while seasoning to taste.
Serve in pan for country kitchen appeal.
