This morning I stepped on the scale, went to the bathroom, then stepped on the scale again.
I gained 5lbs.
this is frustrating. i really don’t care if my scale is wrong so long as it is consistantly wrong.
Where do i go to get a scale that is consistent? i want to step on the scale 10 times in 5 minutes and get the same number. If I can’t get a consistant number when i don’t loose weight, how am i to tell that the 2 lbs that i lost last week is real?
