
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 garlic
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chilli pepper seeds
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
Instructions
- hard boil a dozen eggs
- heat all remaining ingredients in a sauce pan
- peel the eggs and place in a jar that has been pre-heated under hot tap water
- pour hot – not too hot – brine into jar
- allow to cool on counter for 30 minutes
- store in fridge ( this method is not suitable for pantry storage)
- wait approximately 2-4 days before eating.
